Mission

Red Seed Consulting was founded in 2008 to bring a fresh, pragmatic approach to the implementation of ICT governance, risk management and compliance.

Our experience has taught us that governance is more often than not perceived as an impediment to business agility.  We strongly believe that this perception leaves many businesses exposed to unnecessary, and in many cases unacceptable, risks. Education is key, and it all begins with a simple exploration and analysis of the maturity of an organisation's governance against best (or at least acceptable) practice.

Our mission is to promote the implementation of strong ICT governance in all organisations, irrespective of size or type.
